We process personal data in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council no. 2016/679 on the protection of inatural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the  "Act”). How do we process the personal data, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long?

We process only the personal data that we absolutely need for achieving the specified purposes. We process personal data for this purpose:

Accounting agenda
We process personal data of suppliers, customers and their contact persons in the scope of name, surname, address, bank account number, tel. no., e-mail and payment details for the purposes of bookkeeping and fulfillment of obligations arising from the Accounting Act and other relevant legal regulations. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfillment of legal obligations. We keep accounting documents for 10 years.

Supply contracts
We process personal data of suppliers and their contact persons in the scope of name, surname, address, tel. no., e-mail, bank account number, data on orders and payments for the purposes of concluding and fulfilling the contract and keeping records of supplier contracts. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract. We retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 5 years after its termination in the event that one of the parties asserts its claims. We keep communication within the framework of pre-contractual relations for 6 months.

Online Shop
We process personal data of customers in the scope of name, surname, company name, billing address, delivery address, subject of the contract, bank account number, payment details, tel. no. and e-mail, in order to receive and process the order. The legal basis for their processing is the performance of the contract.
If you have registered on our website, we also process data on all your orders, or other personal data stored in the user account. The legal basis is the consent of the registered customer.
We keep personal data of interested parties from pre-contractual communication for 6 months. We store personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract for 5 years. Personal data in the user account is stored on the website during the registration period.

Complaints
We process personal data of customers in the scope of name, surname, billing address, address for returning goods, subject of complaint, bank account number, tel. no., e-mail and other personal data necessary to process the complaint, for the purpose of receiving and handling the complaint. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the fulfillment of the legal obligation arising from the Consumer Protection Act. We keep personal data for 5 years from the date of handling the complaint.

Contact form
We process personal data of interested parties in the range of name, surname, e-mail and subject of the message with the intention of receiving and processing your request. The legal basis for their processing is the performance of the contract, respectively. pre-contractual relations related to the conclusion of the contract and our legitimate interest. We store personal data for 6 months.

Marketing
We process personal data of customers in the range of name, surname, e-mail and tel. no. for direct marketing purposes, to inform you about our offers, news and promotions. If you are our customer, the legal basis for their processing is our legitimate interest. If you are not our customer, we process your personal data for this purpose only with your consent. We keep personal data for 5 years, or shorter if you revoke your consent or object to the processing of your personal data.

Social network management
We process the personal data of fans of our official social networking sites for the purpose of managing social networks. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is a legitimate interest, which is the presentation of the controller and its services through social networks. We process personal data at all times while you are a fan of our site.

Cookies
We process cookies to ensure the functionality of our website and its easier use and for advertising purposes. The legal basis for processing cookies is your consent, which you give us by setting your browser. We store cookies for 15 months.

Cameras
We process your personal data within the scope of the video recording with the intention of monitoring the operator's premises. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest, which is the protection of property and security. We keep the camera recording for 72 hours. 
 
3. How can you grant us the consent?
In the above mentioned cases we process your personal data with your consent. We process these personal data for the duration of this consent.

We process your personal data in electronic and paper form. We do not use any means of automated individual decision-making.

9. How do we ensure the protection of your personal data?
The security of your personal data is of primary importanceto us. To ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures. The website is secured against access by third parties with an SSL certificate. Documents processed in paper form are stored in a lockable cabinet. Persons processing personal data have been instructed and bound by professional secrecy.

  • the personal data has to be deleted in order to comply with the legal duty;
  • you are a child or a parent of a child who has granted us the consents with the personal data processing via the Internet;

You may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we accept your request, we will only keep your personal data and we shall stop working with such data. The processing of your data shall be restricted if

  • you let us know that your personal data is incorrect, until we have verified its correctness;
  • we process your personal data illegally, but you do not agree to delete them, and in this case you ask us only to restrict the processing of your personal data;
  • we no longer need your data, but you need them to prove, enforce or defend your rights;
  • you object against processing of your personal data until we verify if our legitimate interests prevail your reasons.

 
Right to data transfer
You have the right to request us to provide you with your personal data in an electronic form that allows you to easily transfer your data to another company. You may also ask us to transfer your personal data to the selected company directly by us. We will satisfy your request if you have provided us with your personal data and have given us your consent.

You are entitled to object that we process your personal data. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object to processing at any time. Based on the objection, we will delete your personal data. If we process your personal data in the following cases:

  • to perform a public-interest task or in the exercise of public authority;

12. Final Provisions
These privacy policy comes into force from 16'5. june 2020. 
We reserve the right to change this policy if there is a change in the processing of personal data in our company.
This privacy policy has been developed by Lanikova Group Ltd., the solicitor´s office and therefore you shall not use the privacy policy in any way, in particular, but not limited to, copy, publish, change, modify, distribute and otherwise abuse it without their consent
