Tactile floor guiding lines from brass MS-LINE

Individual tactile floor guiding lines in the shape of a longitudinal rib ensure long-lasting stable performance. The tactile floor guiding lines are made with pins, without pins, as self-adhesive, or with a screw openings, and in various sizes and forms. There are various patterns available - smooth, grooved, milled and with a color insert in the product.

Warning studs are available with a range of colored and non-slip inserts that allow the most suitable contrast value for your installation.

Insert options:

  • anti-slip tape
  • TPU insert
  • PVC insert
  • photoluminescent insert (glowing in the dark)

Based on your request, we can also implement a different type of insert.

Surface patterns and inserts of all tactile indicators meet the requirements for anti-slip properties. Based on spec the coefficient of friction is R10, R11, R12 or R13. We recommend using a minimum anti-slip value of R10 in interiors and R12 in exteriors.

Brass

is a copper alloy with 5-40% zinc. It is often supplemented with other metals with a lower proportion. It is characterized by relatively simple machinability, attractive appearance (from red through brown to gold) and good conductivity. It combines excellent formability and machinability with good corrosion resistance. Zinc content reduces density, flexibility, electrical and thermal conductivity, while increasing thermal expansion, strength and hardness. Brass is easy to process by casting, drawing, pressing and machining. The highest proportion of zinc in brass for molding is 42%. The maximum strength of brass is at 46% zinc content, the maximum ductility at 30% zinc content.
