Tactile floor guiding lines made of aluminium ALV-LINE
Tactile floor guiding lines in the shape of a longitudinal rib are made of aluminium and ensure a long-lasting stable performance. Tactile guiding lines are manufactured without adhesive or as self-adhesive. Both models can be combined with screw openings. We supply line max. 3 meters long and we can cut them to precise measurements.
Aluminium guiding lines are available with the colour insert stuck inside the profile or supplied separately. It's also possible to order sole aluminium profiles or PVC inserts.
The guiding lines colour inserts meet the requirements for anti-slip properties, individual surface patterns achieve a coefficient of friction R10, R11 or R12. We recommend using a minimum anti-slip level of R10 in interiors and R12 in exteriors.
Aluminium
Aluminium alloy AW-6060 T6 (AlMgSi0,5) is an alloy from the group of wrought aluminium-magnesium-silicon. It can be formed by extrusion, forging or rolling, but is not used as a wrought alloy in casting. Aluminium alloy 6060 is a medium-hard alloy, heat-treatable. It has very good resistance to corrosion in the atmosphere, sea water, very good weldability, good cold formability and has a very good anodizing reaction (eloxation).
